The present invention is related to a manually operated switch device for the control of electrical equipment. The electrical elements of the switch are assembled in a housing (28) and the mechanical elements are mounted on a body piece (15) attached to the housing (28). The invention is based on adapting at least one linearly transferrable slide member (14) to the said body piece (15), said slide member having contact or guide surfaces adapted to cooperate with the stationary contacts (26). To the slide member (14) is connected via at least one spring-type element (10) a power-spring-arming plate (11), which is movable parallel with slide member, in such a manner that during the movement of said power-spring-arming plate (11), the slide member (14) is moved correspondingly under the force exerted by power springs (10). By virtue of this arrangement, the switching phase occurs always in a consistent manner irrespective of the speed used for rotating the switch operating lever (1).

The present invention is related to a manually operated switch device with small operating play and precise function for the control of electrical equipment. The switch device comprises a switch housing (1, 2), which has stationary contacts (11) adapted thereto, and a contact bridging element (20) with moving contacts (12), which is adapted to be movable. The switch is operated by means of an actuating member (6), which is adapted to be movable in the interior of the switch housing (1, 2) and is capable of transferring by a rotational motion of the actuating member (6) the moving contacts (12) to engage and disengage with the stationary contacts (11), and by means of a transmission means (7, 9, 10) suitable for converting the rotational motion of the actuating member (6) into an axial motion. Springs (8) are adapted to cooperate with the transmission means (7, 9, 10) so as to exert a spring force onto said transmission means for engaging and disengaging said contacts (11, 12) by virtue of having at least two springs (8) employed so located at the opposite sides of the actuating member (6) as to exert a symmetrical spring force on said actuating member (6) and said transmission means (7, 9, 10).

The present invention relates to a fused switch housing (1) suited to accommodate at least one fuse adapter (2) having a first and a second contact surface (10). The fused switch housing (1) comprises a first and a second set of terminals (15) for respectively connecting the fused switch to a first and a second external circuit, stationary contacts (12, 15, 16), and at least one moving contact (13). The fused switch housing also includes switching means cooperating with each of said moving contacts (13) for making an electrical connection between each of said first terminals (15) respectively with each of said first contact surfaces (10) as well as for making an electrical connection between each of said second terminals (15) respectively with each of said second contact surfaces (10) so that at least one of said connections with said contact surfaces is openable by moving said at least one moving contact (13) with the help of said switching means. The present invention relates to a mounting plate (9) to be used when an equipment cabinet (1) is equipped. The equipment cabinet comprises a frame (2), a surface, at least one equipment space enclosed by the surface and at least one door (6) closing the equipment space. The mounting plate is arranged into the equipment cabinet to receive various components to be installed in the cabinet. An object of the present invention is to provide a completed equipment cabinet having outer dimensions which are essentially smaller than in the prior art, such cabinets joined together forming an essentially shorter assembly. For this purpose the mounting plate (9) is arranged to comprise at least two planar members arranged at an angle in relation to each other, i.e. a base plane (12) and a side plane (13). The base plane is arranged to be fixed substantially immovably to the equipment space of the equipment cabinet, the side plane being arranged to extend into the equipment space. Therefore at least some of the components to be mounted on the mounting plate can be arranged into a more advantageous position than before because they can be mounted on the base extending into the equipment space of the equipment cabinet.

The present invention relates to protection circuit and method for the EMI/RFI suppression system (2) of such a five-conductor electrical system in which the neutral conductor (N) is provided with a bandstoptype filter circuit (2) for the suppression of a harmonic interference current component. According to the invention, on the neutral conductor (N) is placed a current transformer (CT) having over its secondary a resistive branch (R 1 ), and in parallel therewith, a filter branch (5) comprising a bandpass filter (LC) tuned to the fundamental frequency of said neutral-conductor filter circuit (2) and said filter branch (5) having in series with said bandpass filter branch (LC) a switch element (4) suitable for short-circuiting said neutral-conductor filter circuit (2) when current in said filter branch (5) exceeds a preset upper limit level.
