    摘要: The invention relates to a friction wheel separator for separating bank notes. Said device comprises a separating roller (1) having grooves (2) and retaining wheels (14) which co-operate with said grooves (2). Said retaining wheels (14) are provided with friction regions (14a) and sliding regions (14b), such that both a sliding region (14b) and a friction region (14a) co-operate with each groove (2) of the separating roller (1). One such friction separator is also especially suitable for the longitudinal separation of narrow bank notes and prevents the sheet to be separated from twisting during the separation process.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for the automatic bundling of sheets, in particular bank notes. The device has a facility (20) on which the sheets (10) to be bundled are deposited as a neat stack. It also has a sliding device (21), which moves the sheet stack vertically in the direction of a foil (40) fed by a device (30, 31, 32, 33). The foil partially surrounds the stack which is then fed to a conveyor device (50, 60). The invention is characterized in that the conveyor device has two parallel belt conveyors (50, 60) which are automatically adjustable in height. The stack and the foil partially surrounding it are clamped between the two belt conveyors and transported to a banding machine (34, 35). The belt conveyors position the stack in such a way that the foil is guided around the stack by the banding machine and is connected to a band. A bundled sheet stack is thus obtained. The bundled packet can then be pushed onto a conveyor belt with the help of a transfer compartment (70).
