摘要: A permanent magnet field DC machine comprises a rotor and a stator. The rotor comprises an armature core (3), an armature winding (4), and a commutator (2). The stator comprises a yoke (7), permanent magnets (8) disposed on the inner periphery of the yoke (7), and magnetic pole pieces (9) interposed between the yoke (7) and a portion of each magnetic pole (8). The magnetic pole pieces (8) is made of a material permeability of which is greater than that of the permanent magnets.

摘要: This invention relates to a miniature electric rotating machine having a stator equipped with a field pole on a peripheral circle of a rotor and the field pole is constituted by a permanent magnet (8). Each permanent magnet of a conventional miniature electric rotating machine of this type can be divided into a portion on a magnetizing side and a portion on a demagnetizing side with respect to armature reaction. In the permanent magnet (8) of the present invention, an end portion (ll) on the demagnetizing side, which has directivity different from the magnetizing directions on the magnetizing and demagnetizing sides, is disposed adjacent to the portion on the demagnetizing side.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic member (6) having properties of magnetic anisotropy as well as electrical conductivity, comprising the steps of coating an outer circumferential surface of each of a plurality of magnetic strips (4) with a first electrically conductive material (5a) to a predetermined thickness to thereby form a plurality of composite magnetic strips (7), binding the plurality of composite magnetic strips (7), and filling spaces among the plurality of composite magnetic strips (7) in the bundle with a second electrically conductive material (5b) substantially the same as the first electrically conductive material (5a). By this method, a mechanically strong electromagnetic member (6) can be obtained in which adjusting the thickness of the first electrically conductive material (5a), the ratio between the magnetic property and the electrically conductive property can be easily adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the first electrically conductive material (5a) and blow-holes can be prevented from being generated.

摘要: A permanent magnet field type DC machine in which the amount of flux from field poles is changed by effective use of armature reaction thereby to improve characteristics of the DC machine. There is provided a permanent magnet field type DC machine having field poles (3, 4) formed of permanent magnet members (3) and auxiliary magnetic pole members (4) of high permeability which are provided in parallel with each other in the direction of rotation on the peripheral surface of a yoke (2) to oppose an armature (5) with an air gap therebetween, the auxiliary magnetic pole members being magnetized by armature reaction thereby to change the total amount of field magnetic flux from the field poles, wherein the gap between the auxiliary magnetic pole members and armature is selected to be smaller than that between the permanent magnet members and armature, thereby decreasing the reluxtances in the paths of the auxiliary magnetic pole members, so that the armature reaction can be effectively used.
