Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for allocating an edge frequency band resource, and a base station, which relate to the field of mobile communications. The method includes: obtaining, through message interaction, usage information about an edge frequency band resource block of an adjacent mode; according to the usage information about the edge frequency band resource block of the adjacent mode and a characteristic resource block, determining an available edge frequency band resource block that is of the current mode and in a next adjustment period; and in the next adjustment period, allocating a determined available edge frequency band resource block of the current mode to each cell that is corresponding to the current mode. The apparatus includes a usage information obtaining module, a mode coordination module, and a resource locating module. In the embodiments of the present invention, by using a scheme of inter-mode interference coordination, potential interference with another cell is effectively avoided when independent negotiation for merely two cells or several cells is performed, so as to achieve a good effect of interference coordination, and furthermore, edge resources of cells are allocated reasonably, thereby effectively improving an overall throughput of a system and a throughput of users at cell edges.

A process method for traffic engineering link information is provided. The method mainly includes: the network node acquires at least one protection property type of the TE link and the operating status information corresponding to each protection property type; the network node advertises at least one protection property of the TE link and the operating status information corresponding to the protection property type in the network. By the method, the control plane can reflect the change of the operating status of the TE link resource with the protection property in real time, then the network can establish the service connection satisfying the specific protection level requirement according to the up-to-date operating status information of TE link resource, or the route optimizing process for the existing service connection may be triggered.

A method for processing information of a Traffic Engineering (TE) link mainly includes: acquiring at least one protection attribute type of a TE link and operation state information corresponding to each protection attribute type; and distributing the acquired at least one protection attribute type of a TE link and the operation state information corresponding to each protection attribute type in a network. With the method in accordance with embodiments of the present invention, a control plane is enabled to reflect a change in the operation state of resources of a TE link with a certain protection attribute in time, enabling the network to establish a service connection meeting a particular demand for protection grade according to the newest operation state of the resources of the TE link, or trigger a rerouting optimization processing for an existing service connection.

A method for negotiating the bandwidth of data communication channel automatically comprises that both of the network elements implement the first default configuration respectively and form the DCC channel based on the same sequence after the two network elements are connected via the optical fiber; the transmitting part of the DCC channel informs the receiving part of the DCC channel the DCC channel negotiation data using the default DCC channel; the receiving part compares the overhead bytes available to itself with the received DCC channel negotiation data after receiving it, and the obtained intersection set is the overhead bytes set available to both of the network elements forming the DCC channel, and these overhead bytes are used to implement the second DCC channel configuration; both of the network elements transmit the DCC channel link command to the other element using the new DCC channel; the network element transmits the DCC channel link confirm command to the other element after receiving the DCC channel link command; the DCC channel is established after receiving the DCC channel confirm command.
