Also provided is an actuating element (20) which can be moved from a rest position into an actuating position in order to move the first and second locking element (18, 19) relative to one another from the locking position into the release position. The invention is characterized in that the second locking element (19) is arranged outside the container wall (2) and at a radial spacing from the container wall (3).
