摘要： Absorbent product, such as a sanitary towel, with a stiffening element (6) which is intended to contribute to the three-dimensional shape of the product during its use. The stiffening element (6) is in a plane state before use of the product and extends in the longitudinal direction of the product over the crotch portion (3) and at least some way in over the front portion (1). The stiffening element (6) has a width (M) at the transition between the crotch portion (3) and the front portion (1) which is adapted to the distance between the muscle tendons of the wearer on both sides of the crotch of the wearer in the groin of the latter and which is of the order of 15-45 mm, and is designed with sufficient stiffness in order to resist disadvantageous creasing thereof in the lateral direction. A hump-forming element (24) made of a resilient material is arranged under the stiffening element (6), which hump-forming element is arranged so as to bring about a raised portion (240) on the side which is intended to be fitted against the wearer, the raised portion (240) being arranged so as to come to lie directly in front of the genitals of the wearer after fitting of the product on the wearer.

摘要： An absorbent article (1) with a front part (5) and a rear part, wherein the absorbent body tapers rearwardly to the end from a section of greatest width situated in the front part. 摘要： The present invention relates to an absorbent article (1) in the form of a sanitary napkin, a panty liner or an incontinence protector for women. According to the invention, the article (1) includes outwardly projecting, flexible flaps (6, 7) which extend beyond respective sides of the abosrbent body (2) along a tapering part of said body and have outer longitudinal edges (13, 14) which in the unfolded state of the flaps are inclined relative to the longitudinal symmetry axis (A-A) of the article at an angle such that the distance between the outer sides of the flaps and the longitudinal symmetry axis of the article decreases in a direction towards the rear end of the article, and in that the outer longitudinal edges (13, 14) of the flaps in the unfolded state of said flaps are each inclined to the longitudinal symmetry axis (A-A) of the article at a first angle (α) which is larger than the angle (β) at which a first imaginary line (B-B, B'-B') is inclined to said longitudinal symmetry axis, said first imaginary line passing through the outer limitation point of the abosrbent body in its widest part and the outer transversal limitation point of the rear end of the absorbent body on the same side of the longitudinal symmetry axis (A-A) as the edge in question, although being smaller than three times this angle of inclination.
