The token is transmitted (14, 15) to the supplier (1) concerned and to the mobile telephone of the relevant participant (7). For each received order for which a token was generated the quantity indicated is decreased (208) and a product ceases (16) to be offered when the quantity indicated is zero (209) or the product has passed its expiry date.
