Provided is a syringe for injecting a drug solution into an upper layer of skin that injects a drug solution such as a vaccine into an upper layer of skin, and particularly selectively into a relatively shallow site near an epidermic layer in a dermic layer to form a bulge without the occurrence of a leak from a skin surface, regardless of an age difference, a gender difference, and an individual difference, whereby a sufficient drug effect such as immunity elicitation capability can be obtained or exhibited even by a very small amount. The syringe for injecting a drug solution into an upper layer of skin 1 includes: an injection needle 20 provided with a needle hole 24 communicating from a needle tip 21 to a needle proximal end, and having a blade face 22 at the needle tip 21; and a needle hub 30 having a distal end portion 31c and a proximal end portion, and holding the injection needle 20 at the distal end portion 31c, wherein the needle hub 30 has a needle tip side end face 31b, and the needle tip 21 protrudes from the needle tip side end face 31b, and a protruding needle length L 1 of the needle tip 21 from the needle tip side end face 31b is 1.15 mm ± 0.1 mm, and a blade face length L 2 of the blade face 22 along an axis of the injection needle 20 is 0.60 mm ± 0.15 mm.

The syringe container 1 includes a syringe 10, a cap 30, a syringe holding section 40, and a container body 50. The syringe 10 includes a discharge section 12, a flange section 16, and a side peripheral section 11 continued to the discharge section 12 and the flange section 16. The cap 30 attached to the discharge section 12 has an outer radius R2 larger than an outer radius R1 of the side peripheral section 11. The container body 50 including an opening 53 in the upper portion is formed in a square-box-shape. The syringe holding section 40 placed in the container body 50 has a through-hole 43 in which the syringe 10 is vertically inserted to be held therein, and holds the syringes 10 by inserting the syringe 10 in the through-hole 43. The inner peripheral surface 44 forming the through-hole 43 is formed to have an upper end of which radius is larger than the outer radius R2 of the cap 30, a bottom end of which radius R4 is larger than the radius of the upper end, and a tapered section 45 having a diameter reducing from the bottom end as the tapered section 45 extends upward.

[Solving Means] An injection needle assembly 2 includes a needle tube 5 having a needle tip 5A to be stuck into a skin, a first member 11, a second member 12, an adjustment portion 22, and a pressing force restricting member 15. The first member 11 holds the needle tube 5 and the second member 12 holds the first member 11 movably toward the axial direction of the needle tube 5. A discharge portion of the syringe 3 is fitted into this second member 12. The adjustment portion 22 is provided at the periphery of the needle tube 5 and includes a needle protrusion surface 22A which abuts the skin in a case in which the needle tube 5 is stuck to the living body. The pressing force restricting member 15 is arranged between the first member 11 and the second member 12, and restricts the pressing force added from the first member 11 to the skin.
