摘要:
The invention relates to a pneumatic percussive tool for a paving breaker and/or a hammer drill comprising a drive piston (3) which is displaceable both backwards and forwards by a crankshaft (1) and arranged in a percussion piston (4) which is displaceable both backwards and forwards. A hollow chamber (6) is connected to a compensating chamber (11) by an idling air channel (8, 9, 10) and embodied between the drive piston (3) and the percussion piston (4) in order to receive a pneumatic spring. A valve is arranged in the idling air channel (8, 9, 10), the opening and closing position thereof depending on the rotational speed of the crankshaft (1). If the rotational speed of the crankshaft (1) falls below a predetermined value, the valve (12) opens the connection between the hollow chamber (6) and the compensating chamber (11) so that a pneumatic spring can no longer be embodied in the hollow chamber (6) and the pneumatic percussion tool is placed in an idling position.

The invention relates to a demolition hammer and/or hammer drill comprising a percussion generating device having a percussion piston moving axially back and forth. In a main percussion mode, the percussion piston impinges upon a tool (18) which can move along a limited axial path straight into a main percussion direction. In a free percussion mode, said percussion piston indirectly impinges upon a percussion changing device (54), and by means thereof upon the tool (18), in a free percussion direction opposite to the main percussion direction. The impact surface of a tool shaft (16) and the impact surface of a free percussion ram (38) are placed opposite an impact surface of the percussion piston in such a way that the free percussion ram (38) is removed from the effective area of the percussion piston by a return spring (74) in the main percussion position. Under the effect of the return spring (74), said percussion ram is simultaneously supported on a gear member (64) of the percussion changing device (54), which projects with an extension (72) into the motion path of a stop surface (30) provided in the tool (18). The stop surface (30) reaches the extension (72) when it has moved away from the effective area of the percussion piston in an idle running state of the tool shaft (16). If said movement of the tool (18) is continued, the stop surface (30) impinges upon the gear member (64) against the effect of the return spring (74) and relocates the free percussion ram (38) in the effective area of the percussion piston by overcoming the spring force.

A pneumatic percussive tool for a paving breaker and/or a hammer drill, provided with a drive piston (1) which is axially displaceable both backwards and forwards, comprising a guide sleeve (4) and a piston bottom (5) supporting the guide sleeve (4). A percussion piston (7) can be displaced axially in the guide sleeve (4) of the drive piston (1) with the piston head thereof in percussive mode. During the transition from percussive to idling mode, the piston head (8) slides out of the guide sleeve in such a way that the percussion piston (7) is substantially maintained in the idling mode in an axially displaceable manner by means of a stationary part of the percussion tool housing (10,16) as opposed to being so maintained in the guide sleeve (4). The axial length of the drive piston (1) can be reduced, whereby the mass of the drive piston and vibrations caused by the movement of the drive piston (1) in the percussive and idling mode can also be reduced.

The inventive handle for a drill- and/or chisel hammer has a mount (4) which can be fixed to the hammer (3). A radial grip (7) is fixed to said mount (4), the grip axis of said radial grip crossing a tool axis (5) which is defined by the position of a tool received by the hammer. A tangential grip (6) is also fixed to the mount (4). Said tangential grip (6) has a first grip section (8) whose grip axis is tangential to the tool axis (5) and a second grip section (9) whose grip axis is tangential to the tool axis (5) and essentially perpendicular to the grip axis of the first grip section (8).

The invention relates to a boring and/or percussion hammer comprising an electrodynamic linear drive and a pneumatically damped percussion mechanism which is provided with a drive piston (1) driven by the linear drive during the reciprocating movement thereof, an impact piston (3) and a pneumatic spring (7) arranged between the drive and impact pistons. An air-supply device comprises a pumping element (13), which is linearly forth and back movable for generating airflow. The pumping element (13) is connected to the drive piston (1) in such a way that the movement thereof is transmitted to said pumping element (13), thereby the cooling air is transported by an air channel (15) for cooling heat generated elements (12).

Disclosed is a drilling and/or striking hammer comprising a lubricating device provided with a lubricant reservoir (11) and a supply of lubricant (12) contained therein. A dosage device is provided with a dosage opening (15) connecting the supply of lubricant (12) to a place to be lubricated. Said invention also comprises a pressure generating device (13, 14) by means of which the supply of lubricant (12) can at least temporarily be subjected to an increased amount of pressure, whereby lubricant exits from the dosage opening (15), allowing targeted lubrication of the movable parts (3 to 8).

The invention relates to a wobble drive, in which a shaft (1) supports a wobble ring (8) by means of a pivot bearing (5), a finger (12) extending from said ring. To reduce vibrations caused by the movement of the finger (12), at least one balancing mass (20, 21) is configured on the shaft (1). Alternatively or in addition, at least one balancing mass (22, 23) can be provided on the wobble ring (8). This allows the vibrations that are caused naturally by the movement of the finger (12) to be compensated.

The invention relates to a handheld hammer drill and/or paving breaker which is at least of average weight and power class and which comprises an electric motor (23; 30), a striking tool (9) which can be actuated by the electric motor (23; 30) and a housing (2) wherein the electric motor and the striking tool are received. A handle (8) is embodied in such a way on the housing (2) that a holding position is arranged in a projection of the striking axis (6) of the striking tool (9). A rotating axis (25) of a motor shaft (26) of an electric motor is parallel to the axis of the striking axis (6), the total length (LGES) of the hammer drill and/or striking hammer (1) being small in the longitudinal direction.

The invention relates to a pneumatic spring percussion mechanism comprising a driving piston (2) moving back and forth in a housing (1) of the percussion mechanism (2) and a percussion piston (3), wherein a pneumatic spring (5) is configured between the driving piston (2) and the percussion piston (3). The movement of the driving piston (2) can be transmitted to the percussion piston (3) by means of said pneumatic spring. The driving piston (2) can be driven by an electric linear motor and is connected to an armature (9) of the linear motor, forming a single piece therewith. This arrangement makes it possible to eliminate the use of a conventional rotatory motor and a crank mechanism to drive the driving piston (2).
