    摘要: A method for controlling a ventilating apparatus (11) for ventilation and temperature control of accommodations, e.g. in vessels. The apparatus is connected to at least one ventilation channel (10) and comprises means for volume control of the air flow to the accommodation, means for temperature control of the air flow to the accommodation, and a control unit (13) for controlling the flow and temperature, for adaption to a desired temperature level. The control unit (13) is manipulated for reduction of temperature from a value of origin to a desired value which is at a certain distance from said value of origin. The flow controlling means and the temperature controlling means are adjusted for a rapid reduction of the temperature during a predestinated period of time. After this period of time has lapsed, these means are reset to provide a temperature level which is lower than the original value which existed before the reduction in temperature was started.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for regulating the amount of liquid in the wet cleaning of a gas in at least two stages are disclosed. In the method, liquid from at least one of the stages after the first stage is brought into contact with air, such that the liquid is partly evaporated and cooled, the evaporation being carried out in such a manner that the amount of liquid in the stage remains the same, whereupon the remaining liquid is heated before being recycled to the wet cleaning. The apparatus comprises a scrubber (6) having at least two stages and a liquid-circulation circuit (53) in at least one of the stages after the first stage, the liquid-circulation circuit (53) including an evaporator (20) adapted to evaporate liquid to such an extent that the amount of liquid in the stage remains the same and to cool liquid from the circuit by contacting it with air, as well as a heater (44) adapted to heat the cooled liquid in the circuit.

    摘要: In order to create a simple car body surface treatment device, a car body is introduced into and removed again from the treatment bath (11) simply by being rotated by a rotating device (2), at the same time as another car body is pushed onto and secured to said rotating device or conveyed past said device. The car body is fixed to a loading carriage (5) and is pushed by means of some driven rotary rollers (3a) onto the rotating device (2). By means of fastening devices (4a, 4b) the loading carriage (5) is detachably secured to the car body on the rotating device (2). By rotating through 180° around an axis of rotation (7), the rotating device (2) dips together with the car body over its tail or front side into the treatment bath (11). While one car body is submerged, another loading carriage (5) together with a car body fastened thereon may be conveyed by the driven rotary rollers (3b) past the rotating device (2) for subsequent treatment, over the top surface of the rotating device (2).

The flue gas is treated in a wet cleaner (5), thereafter injected with lime (9) and filtered through a filter (13). The method and the apparatus are distinguished by the fact that a part of the flue-gas stream is bypassed the wet cleaner (5) through a conduit (15), to join the remainder of the flue-gas stream before the filter (13). In this way, hydrogen chloride in the bypassed stream is reacted with injected lime to form calcium chloride, which promotes the sulphur-dioxide separation upon the injection of lime.

The water vapour, which is generated in a vapour generator (10) and stored in an accumulator connected thereto, is supplied at a vapour generating capacity of 2-28 kW/m3, preferably 10-15 kW/m3, batch volume of the wood. The vapour generator (10) can be arranged to be supplied, preferably via a hot water conduit (12), with energy from a solid fuel central boiler plant (13) which is adapted to work by burning sawmill refuse, mainly bark.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for cleaning sulphur-dioxide-containing gases, such as flue gases, are disclosed. The gases are treated in a gas scrubber (2) for the absorption of sulphur dioxide in an aqueous alkaline washing liquid (3), preferably NaOH. A partial flow (10) is drawn off from the washing liquid to be regenerated by the addition of calcium ions (17) for the precipitation and removal of calcium sulphate. The apparatus is distinguished by a conduit (19) provided for recycling precipitated calcium sulphate and opening into a vessel (14) which is arranged upstream from the vessel (16) for the addition of calcium ions.
