    摘要： A guide chute for falling objects has a plurality of shock absorbing members (1A - 1E) arranged in a vertical direction at regular intervals therebetween, and four ropes (2) for connecting the shock absorbing members to one another. Each of the shock absorbing members is composed of a frame member (12), a plurality of elastic trapezoidal plates (11a - 11d) which are secured to the frame member, and coil springs for retaining the trapezoidal plates in a throttled condition. The width of each of the trapezoidal plates (11a - 11d) is increased towards its free tip end. The free tip end of each of the trapezoidal plates extends downward and toward the axial center of the frame member (12) and is overlapped with adjacent free tip ends of adjacent trapezoidal plates to form a conic cylindrical body by virtue of the coil springs. The free tip ends of the trapezoidal plates define an opening of a diameter smaller than that of objects to be dropped. When the falling objects drop through the chute, they enlarge the opening of each of the shock absorbing members (1A - 1E). At this time, the falling objects experience a frictional force from the trapezoidal plates and elastic reaction force of the coil springs and accordingly the dropping energy thereof is reduced.

    摘要： The collection of the olives is performed by a machinery, that has attached a telescopic rod (A.a), fixed from one side, and free to rotate hydraulically form the other side. This free side moves mechannically by the operator in order to come as close as possible to the olives. The strikers who drop the olives off the tree are ont he free side of the rod. The machinery is either pulled and gets its power/motion through a compler by a tractor or it is as an independent automotove self driven piece of machinery. The olives fall into a PVC foil top (A.b), which mechanically extends under the tree. The olives are transferred over a rotating belt (A.c) into the selected sacks, as the leaves have already been separated from the olives with the help of the absorber (A.d).
