    摘要： The present invention relates to a spring-loaded medical injection device for automatically ejecting set doses of a drug having an injection button (10). The injection device comprises a housing having a dose setting member (20) for straining an injection spring when setting the size of the dose to be injected and a release element (30) for releasing the strained injection spring to eject the set dose. The injection button (10) is movable in a distal direction against the bias of a return spring (1) and movable in a proximal direction by the force of the return spring (1). Further, the injection button (10) moves with it the release element from a first position to a second position. The release element (30) is further coupled to the injection button (10) by a plurality of fingers (31, 15) which disengages the injection button (10) from the release element (30) in the first position and engages the injection button (10) with the release element (30) in the second position, such that the injection button (10) can move a distance axially independently of the release element (30) in the first position and the injection button (10) and the release element (30) move axially together in the second position.

    摘要： A trigger assembly for an automatic injection device which by its operation releases a biased element of the device for movement. The trigger assembly includes a button pressable by a user, and a lock member. Prior to the button being plunged, a blocking element on the button is abutted by a button-engaging surface of the lock member to prevent lock member rotation, thereby allowing an engagement surface on the lock member to remain in engagement with an engagement surface of the biased element so as to restrain motion of the biased element. When the button is plunged, the blocking surface moves clear of the button-engaging surface to allow the lock member to rotate, during which rotation the engagement surfaces disengage to release the biased element for movement.

A drug injection device, according to the present invention, comprises: an injection unit which is provided with an ampoule accommodation portion for accommodating an ampoule that contains an injectable solution, and injects the injectable solution into a person being operated on; and an injection speed adjustment unit which is connected to the injection unit, applies pressure to the injectable solution, and adjusts the injection speed of the injectable solution, being injected into the body of the person being operated on, by selectively adjusting the speed of the pressure applied to the injectable solution, wherein the injection speed adjustment unit comprises: an injection unit attachment portion to which the ampoule accommodation portion is detachably attached; a pressurizing plunger which is connected to the ampoule accommodated in the ampoule accommodation portion and applies pressure to the injectable solution; and a pressurizing plunger up/down driving module which is provided on the same axis as the pressurizing plunger and drives the pressurizing plunger up or down.

The dose setting arrangement (30) comprises a threaded member (31) arranged to engage a formation (9) on, or fixed relative to, the housing (5) such that axial movement relative to the housing (5) results in relative angular movement of the threaded member (31). The dose setting arrangement also includes a stop (9a); fixed relative to the housing, and arranged to cooperate with the threaded member (31) limiting axial movement thereof. Complementary engagement features (16, 36) are provided which are moveable between an engaged position in which relative axial movement of the delivery mechanism (10) and threaded member (31) is prevented; and a disengaged position in which the threaded member (31) may be moved relative to the delivery mechanism (10) to adjust the dose. In use, forward movement of the actuation button (20) moves the engagement features (16, 36) into the engaged position.
