Complementary engagement features (16, 36) are provided which are moveable between an engaged position in which relative axial movement of the delivery mechanism (10) and threaded member (31) is prevented; and a disengaged position in which the threaded member (31) may be moved relative to the delivery mechanism (10) to adjust the dose. In use, forward movement of the actuation button (20) moves the engagement features (16, 36) into the engaged position.
