The invention relates to a hydraulic lift with an accumulator (16). According to the invention, a pump (13) is situated between the hydraulic drive (2) and the accumulator (16), this pump being driven by a motor (14) and providing a means for conveying hydraulic oil from the hydraulic drive (2) to the accumulator (16) and vice versa without the presence of control valves which influence the flow of hydraulic oil, such as proportionally pilot-operated valves. Since the pump (13) is subjected to the pressure PZ in the cylinder line (11) and the pressure PS in the accumulator line (15), the motor (14) of the pump (13) only has to work against the differential pressure and in certain operating states, can even function as a generator and release electrical energy through a power output device (23) controlling it. This reduces the energy requirements for operating the lift. The speed of the car (1) is controlled or regulated through the control of the motor (14) alone by a control and regulation device (25), through the power output device (23).

The invention relates to a hydraulic elevator, comprising a pressure accumulator (17) which acts as a counterweight. In said elevator, hydraulic oil which can be supplied to or taken from a tank (14) can be conveyed using a first pump (12) through a pump line (11), at least one valve unit (7) and a cylinder line (6), to or from a hydraulic drive (2) for an elevator compartment (1) and can be conveyed using a second pump (15) via a solenoid valve (18) from or to the pressure accumulator (17). The two pumps (12, 15) are rigidly interconnected and can be driven by an electric motor (13). According to the invention, a single valve unit (7) is located between the first pump (12) and the hydraulic drive (2) which consists of a pilotable valve (8) and a first non-return valve, connected in parallel thereto (9). The rotational speed of the electric motor (13) can be regulated. A control and regulating unit (20) is also provided which acts upon a power regulator (21) for the electric motor (13), the solenoid valve (18) and in addition, the pilotable valve (8) during descent, in order to control and regulate the speed of the compartment (1). The invention relates to a hydraulic elevator of this type and to a method for controlling and regulating the same. The invention reduces the demand on the electric energy required to drive the motor (13) and thus to drive the hydraulic elevator.

The invention concerns a method and device for controlling a hydraulic lift, wherein a lift car (2) can be moved upwards and downwards in a lift shaft (1). The lift car (2) is connected to a reciprocating piston and is driven by an oil pump (40) which delivers pressurized oil between a tank (41) and a lifting cylinder (3). The oil pump (40) is driven by a motor (39) which is fed by a controllable power-supply part (28). The speed of the lift car (2) is detected by a sensor (13). A control and regulating unit (10) controls and regulates the assemblies influencing the movement of the lift car (2), that is the motor (39) and a valve unit (43). During upwards travel, the speed of the lift car (2) is controlled by regulating the motor (39). According to the invention, during downwards travel, a regulating and controlling effect is exerted on the valve unit (43). At low speeds when the lift car (2) is starting to move or braking, the speed is regulated by actuating the valve unit (43); at faster speeds, such as during upwards travel, the speed is regulated by regulating the motor (39).

Mit dieser Erfindung ist es möglich, ältere hydraulisch angetriebene Aufzugsanlagen mit geringem Aufwand derart zu sanieren, dass die Gefahr einer Umweltverschmutzung und/oder Grundwasserverseuchung ausgeschlossen werden kann. Anstelle eines konventionellen Hydrauliköles wird ein biologisch abbaubares Pflanzenöl, (Bio-öl), eingesetzt und gleichzeitig der natürliche Abbauprozess des Bio-öles dadurch verhindert oder mindestens verzögert, dass der Kontakt des Bio-öles mit dem Sauerstoff der Luft durch ein geschlossenes Hydrauliksystem weitgehend verhindert wird. Anstelle eines offenen Reservoirs wird ein gasdicht abgeschlossenes Reservoir ( 10 ) eingesetzt, wobei der freie Raum des Reservoirs ( 10 ) mit einem neutralen Gas gefüllt wird, welches bei den Förderbewegungen des Aufzuges in einen Gasspeicher ( 18 ), vorteilhaft als Gassack ausgebildet, gepresst oder aus diesem abgezogen wird. Dieser Gassack verhindert zudem eine Luftverschmutzung beim Betrieb des Aufzuges durch den sonst üblichen Ausstoss von übelriechender Luft.
