A beater (10) for rotor shredders comprises an elongate base body (12) having an articulated joint, by means of which the beater (10) can be coupled to a rotor so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (48) which is parallel to the rotor axis, and having a support face (18) which extends in the direction of the free end of the base body (12); a cutting head (14) with cutting edges (106, 108) which project at opposite ends, said cutting head (14) being supported on the base body (12) by means of the support face (18) and by means of complementarily intermeshing structures (40, 80), which are provided on the support face (18), on the support face (18) and the cutting head (14); and detachable connecting means (96) for connecting the base body (12) and the cutting head (14), said connecting means (96) extending through the complementary structures (40, 80). Here, to increase stability, the complementary structures are formed by a depression (40), which is formed in the support face (18) of the base body (12), and by a shoulder (80), which complements said depression (40), of the cutting head (14). In a rotor construction for hammer- or chopper mills the rotor is formed by a cylindrical shell structure (2) transversally profiled for providing a drum surface comprising at least one longitudinally extending recess (6) for accommodation of base portions of chopper members. In the rotor construction the at least one recess (6) is provided with chopper positioning means (8, 18) at fixed locations for lateral stabilisation of said base portions and for stable accommodation of shaft members (12) for pivotable attachment of said chopper members (14).

An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper having a variety of uses such as a filter material, a packaging material, a construction material and the like, which has the antibacterial property, the bad smell degrading property and harmful substance oxidatively degrading property, is useful for use in air treatment, water treatment and soil treatment and, at the same time, can improve the photocatalytic activity effect itself of titanium oxide. According to the present invention, there is provided a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper characterized in that a wastepaper pulp is laminated on a photocatalytic pulp composition in which 40-95 wt% of a pulp and/or a paper having the water content of 3 wt% or less, an average fiber diameter of 5-300 µ m and an average fiber length of 0.1-70 mm are blended with 5-60 wt% of titanium oxide, and a paper string comprising this pulp paper.

An impact crusher (1) comprises a fan blower (9) and two or more ejection channels (18, 19) surrounded by two or more impact rings (7). The grinding stock is fed concentrically through a feed pipe (8) and carried away in an outer annular channel. Each half of the impact ring (7) is directed toward two opposing impact surfaces (20, 21). The impact crusher (1) may have a common discharge channel (22) for the ground material. The fan blower (9) has a distributor with classified intake (30) in the region of the grinding stock inlet. The ejection channel (19) farther from the feed pipe (8) has a larger intake surface.
