Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing biomass pellets. The method includes pulverizing and cutting waste composed of organic matter into smaller waste particles, drying the waste particles, coating primarily the dried waste particles with waste oil, adding sawdust, coal, and coal catalyst to the oil-coated waste particles to produce a primary mixture, adding sludge-type food waste and excrement to the primary mixture to produce a secondary mixture, coating the surface of the secondary mixture with a coating composition including asphalt emulsion, coal powder, and red clay to produce an extrusion raw material, extruding the extrusion raw material through an extrusion die, and cutting the resulting extrudate at a predetermined interval to produce pellets. The pellets produced through the method have good flammability and exothermic property.
