摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für den Betrieb eines Heizgruppenteilsystems (1) einer Maschine zur Herstellung oder Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, wobei das Heizgruppenteilsystem (1) eine erste Heizgruppe (HG1) und eine letzte Heizgruppe (HG3) und mindestens eine weitere Heizgruppe (HG2) mit jeweils mindestens einer mit einem einen Dampfdruck aufweisenden Heizdampf beheizten Vorrichtung (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1,3.2), insbesondere einem Trockenzylinder, zum Beheizen der Faserstoffbahn umfasst, wobei die Faserstoffbahn in Laufrichtung der Maschine gesehen zuerst durch die erste Heizgruppe (HG1), danach durch die mindestens eine weitere Heizgruppe (HG2) und danach durch die letzte Heizgruppe (HG3) geführt wird.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen dass der Dampfdruck des Heizdampfes der mindestens einen weiteren Heizgruppe (HG2) niedriger als der jeweilige Dampfdruck des Heizdampfes der ersten Heizgruppe (HG1) und der letzten Heizgruppe (HG3) eingestellt wird.-

摘要： A method for producing a Yankee dryer cylinder, or Yankee cylinder, comprises the steps of disposing of a first and of at least a second cylindrical portion of shell. Then, it is provided the circumferential welding of the cylindrical portion of the shell that are opposite to the flange portions, and the removal of the clamping members and of the flange portions.

摘要： A heating device according to the invention for heating at least one member of a processing apparatus in a pressing, drying and/or finishing section of a fibrous-web treatment machine is shown.
