    摘要: Various valves for regulating flow are provided. In one embodiment, a valve includes a hollow body with an inlet and an outlet and a trim disposed inside the hollow body. The trim includes a control component that can be moved to regulate flow from the inlet to the outlet. An actuator is coupled to the trim and enables both linear movement of the control component and rotational movement of the control component within the hollow body during operation of the valve. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a wellhead assembly 10 having a gas flow control valve 14 with a tubular inlet 24 into which a fluid from a well tube flows, and a gas flow line 16 through which the fluid flows out from the gas flow control valve. An inlet tube 12 has a first end operably coupled to the well tube, and a second end 26 coupled to the inlet 24 of the valve. The inlet has a first groove 30 formed on a surface thereof, and the inlet tube has a second groove 34 formed on a surface thereof. A split lock ring 28 is used which partially rests in, and which is substantially fully compressed into, one of the grooves, when the inlet tube is telescopically coupled to the inlet. The lock ring engages with the other one of the grooves as the two grooves become axially aligned during coupling, to lock the inlet tube to the inlet while permitting rotational movement of the inlet tube relative to the inlet.

    摘要: An apparatus for assisting an actuator to close a valve has a cylindrical booster housing with a central axis. The booster housing includes an upward facing piston cavity and a downward facing lower cavity with internal threads for selectively coupling with external threads of a piston head of a valve actuator. A bulkhead is formed between the piston cavity and the lower cavity. The bulkhead has an opening for selectively accepting an actuator stem of the valve actuator therethrough. A booster piston is located within the piston cavity. The booster piston has a piston mounting means located on its bottom side for selectively securing a top end of the actuator stem of the valve actuator to the booster piston. The booster piston is moveable upwards in an axial direction to move the valve from a lower open position to an upper closed position.
