摘要： A method of manufacturing a paper making screen plate comprises the steps of preparing a plurality of longitudinal members each having recesses and projections continuously formed on the surface thereof with at least two pieces of the projections, disposing the plurality of the longitudinal members in parallel with each other in such a manner that the recesses of each of the longitudinal members are caused to confront the recesses of each of the longitudinal members and the projections of each of the longitudinal members are abutted against the projections of each of the longitudinal members, fixing the ends on one side of the plurality of the longitudinal members disposed in parallel with each other to a first support member, fixing the ends on the other side of the plurality of the longitudinal members disposed in parallel with each other to a second support member, and forming slits between the longitud inal members, the paper making screen plate can be easily manufactured. Consequently, the paper making screen plate can be easily manufactured.

摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide technology for regenerating pulp having high quality with compact pulp regenerating equipment and less energy. In the pulp regenerating method of the present invention, pulp slurry containing 1.5 wt% or more of a solid component including waste paper pulp is separated into a long fiber fraction and a short fiber fraction by using an outward type slit screen including an opening portion having a slit width in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. The solid component ratio of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range from 10:90 to 60:40, and the difference in Canadian Standard Freeness of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range of 100 ml to 300 ml.

The agitating member 5 has a rotary shaft 51 held horizontally and a plurality of members 52 horizontally separately provided around an outer periphery. On a cross section transverse to a longitudinal direction of the tank 1, an outer periphery of the agitating member 5 is arranged on a lower side of the tank 1 and in a position at a downstream side of the liquid raw material relative to a vertical line V passing through a center of the tank 1.
