摘要: The invention relates to an air outlet structure comprising a dial lever assembly and front and rear rows of blades which are arranged on a housing. One of the front and rear rows of blades is controlled by shifting the dial lever assembly up and down, and the other one of the front and rear rows of blades is controlled by rotating the dial lever assembly. The opening and closing of front and rear rows of blades are independently controlled by different actions of the dial lever. 摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrschichtigen Formkörpern, insbesondere von Innenausstattungsteilen für Fahrzeuge, bei welchen auf eine Rückseite eines Bezugsmaterials (14-1, 14-2) ein geschäumter Kunststoff (25) aufgebracht wird, wobei zunächst eine selbsttragenden Sperrschicht (11) hergestellt wird, welche für den geschäumten Kunststoff (25) undurchdringbar ist. Durch ein Aufbringen und Fixieren des Bezugsmaterials mit zumindest einem Teilbereich seiner Rückseite auf der selbsttragenden Sperrschicht (11), entsteht ein Vorverbund (17) zwischen der Sperrschicht (11) und dem Bezugsmaterial (14-1, 14-2), bereits vor dem Einbringen in das Schäumwerkzeug (20). Somit wird ein Verrutschen des Bezugsmaterials während der Hinterschäumung wirkungsvoll verhindert.
