摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode for an all-solid-state battery comprising steps of applying granules containing an active material on a current collector, aligning and fixing the granules applied on the current collector, applying a solid electrolyte solution on fixed granules, and moving the solid electrolyte solution applied on the granules into pores between the granules. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the step of moving the solid electrolyte solution described above is performed by reducing the pressure by vacuum at 20°C to 40°C. According to the above manufacturing method, the solid electrolyte solution can be effectively and uniformly injected into the pores in the granule layer.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode for an all-solid-state battery comprising the steps of preparing primary granules comprising an active material, an electrically conductive material, and a binder, mixing the prepared primary granules with a solid electrolyte to prepare secondary granules coated with the solid electrolyte by a mechanofusion method, and applying the prepared secondary granules on a current collector to prepare an electrode. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the primary granules have an average particle diameter (D 50 ) of 50 µ m to 110 µ m, and the secondary granules have an average particle diameter (D 50 ) of 10 µ m to 30 µ m. The electrode manufactured according to the above manufacturing method contributes to improving the performance of the battery when applied to an all-solid-state battery by improving the electrical network between the active material and the solid electrolyte.

摘要: Herein are provided a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery comprising a lithium transition metal oxide on which a crumpled graphene-derived coating layer is formed, and a method of preparing the same. The crumpled graphene has a thickness of 0.1 to 10 nm. In the positive electrode active material, the thin and uniform crumpled graphene-derived coating layer effectively imparts electrical conductivity to the lithium transition metal oxide. When the positive electrode active material is applied to a lithium secondary battery, the performance of the lithium secondary battery, particularly the discharge capacity at a high C-rate is improved.

The granules comprise an active material, an electrically conductive material, and a binder, and the electrically conductive material is carbon nanotubes having a diameter of 1 nm to 10 nm. The carbon nanotubes have a BET specific surface area of 400 m 2 /g to 1000 m 2 /g. When the electrode for the all-solid-state battery is applied to the all-solid-state battery, the performance of the battery can be improved.
