    a) on abaisse la température du métal jusqu'à une valeur comprise entre T f et (T f + 20°C) avant et/ou pendant la coulée dudit métal dans la lingotière, T f étant la température de liquidus dudit métal, par exemple en formant un jet creux s'écoulant le long d'un conduit refroidi; b) on soumet le produit coulé à un refroidissement intense au moyen d'une couche continue de liquide de refroidissement sous pression formée à la surface dudit produit coulé; et c) on applique ensuite audit produit coulé un refroidissement modéré au moyen d'un liquide de refroidissement provenant de préférence du refroidissement intense qui précède. On obtient ainsi des produits coulés en continu qui ne présentent pas de fissures internes ou superficielles.

    摘要: Semi-solidified metal compositions are stably produced by pouring molten metal into a cooling agitation vessel, agitating it while cooling to produce a slurry of semi-solidified metal composition at a solid-liquid coexistent state and discharging out the semi-solidified metal composition from a discharge port of the vessel. In a preferred embodiment, the molten metal is transfered from a ladle 5 into 2 tundish 18, from where it flows into a vessel 1, equipped with an induction heating system 13 and heating coil 19, an agitator 3 driven by a shaft 4 and a water jacket 8 at the lower part. The metal slurry 9 is discharged via the nozzle 11.
