The digital key (DK) remains stored in the mobile electronic device (1) as digital key (DK) operable to lock or unlock the assigned lock (3) and transmittable to the other mobile electronic device (2) as long as the ownership tag (OT) - digital key (DK) assignment is not released.

    摘要: A system and method for enabling opening of an electronic locking device (12) from a remote location is disclosed. A remotely accessible server (14) receives an opening request to open an electronic locking device (12) which secures a closing member (18).
