    摘要: A reciprocating piston type refrigerant compressor (1) includes a compressor housing (10) having a cylinder block (101) provided with a plurality of cylinders (32) and a crank chamber (13) adjacent to the cylinder block (101). A piston (33) slides within each cylinder (32) and is reciprocated by a wobble plate (17) driven by a cam rotor (14) mounted on a drive shaft (12). The cam rotor (14) includes an adjustable slant angle in close proximity to the wobble plate (17). Accordingly, the stroke of the pistons (33) within the cylinders (32) can be changed by adjusting the slant angle of the sloping surface. The slant angle of the sloping surface is adjusted in response to the change of pressure in the crank chamber (13). The crank chamber (13) communicates with the suction chamber (35) through a passageway and a valve control mechanism (46) controls the opening and closing of the passageway. Thus, the capacity of the compressor (1) can be adjusted by changing the slant angle of the sloping surface of the slant plate (16) in response to the operation of the valve control mechanism (46).

    摘要: A wobble plate compressor with a variable displacement mechanism includes a compressor housing (3) which is provided with a crank chamber (32) and a cylinder block (31) in which a plurality of cylinders (33) are formed. A drive shaft (7) is rotatably supported in the housing. A rotor (9) is fixed on the drive shaft (7) and variably connected to an inclined plate (11) through a hinge mechanism which includes a first arm portion (93) which is formed on either one of the rotor or inclined plate, a second arm portion (114) which is provided with an elongate hole (115) formed on the other thereof and a guide pin (12) which is fixedly disposed in a hole which is formed through the first arm portion. A wobble plate (13) is adjacent (8) the inclined plate and converts rotary motion of the inclined plate into nutating motion thereof. A plurality of pistons (19) are coupled with the wobble plate through a plurality of connecting rods (18) each of which is reciprocably fitted within a respective one of the cylinders and of which the stroke volume is changed in accordance with variation of the angle of the inclined plate. The elongate hole is shaped so that a top clearance of the piston provides the least volume at the time that the angle of the inclined plate is largest, and the top clearance of the piston provides the largest volume at the time that the angle of the inclined plate is smallest. Therefore, even though the range of inclination of the angle of the inclined plate is narrow, a wide range of control of the displacement volume of the compressor can be accomplished.

The control circuit (60, 160) receives pressurized fluid from the pump delivery gallery (50) or another high pressure area (50, 52) and, using a pressure reducer (64, 164), reduces the operating pressure within the control circuit (60, 160) to a substantially constant pressure lower than the pump output pressure. Lower operating pressure within the control circuit (60, 160) improves the manufacturability of the control circuit components and helps to achieve better control of the pump output.
