    摘要: A method for heating a blast furnace stove includes combusting a fuel with a lower heating value (LHV) of 9 MJ/Nm3 or less in a combustion zone which is arranged in a combustion chamber in the stove, and causing the combustion gases to flow through and thereby heat refractory material in the stove. The fuel is combusted with an oxidant including at least 85% oxygen, and combustion gases are recirculated into the combustion zone for diluting the mixture of fuel and oxidant therein sufficiently for the combustion to be flameless.

    摘要: The inventive air heater comprises a housing (1) with a lining (2), a nozzle (3), a dome (5) with a prechamber (6), which is coaxially positioned in the top part thereof and is provided with a housing (7) and a lining (8) provided with an independent support (9) on the housing (7). Gas (11) and air (12) channels are made in the side vertical wall of the prechamber (10) lining and are connected to internal manifolds (14,15) and to gas (16) and air (17) supplying sleeve fittings. The channels of the lower manifold (15) are arranged in the top part thereof and are upwardly oriented at and angle of 15-30° with respect to a horizontal plane. The channels of the top manifold (14) are arranged in the lower part thereof and are downwardly oriented at an angle of 15-30° to a horizontal plane. The projections of all the channels on a horizontal plane form an angle of 15-45° to the projections of the prechamber radii, passing over the centers of the outlet sections of the channels (11, 12), on a horizontal plane. The use of the invention makes it possible to reduce operation costs and to improve gas burning.

    摘要: A hot-blast stove system (1) includes: a hot-blast stove (4) for performing an on-blast operation for delivering a hot blast to a blast furnace (2) and an on-gas operation for combusting a fuel gas in the hot-blast stove; a fuel gas supply line (5) for supplying a BFG produced by the blast furnace (2) to the hot-blast stove (4) as the fuel gas; and a blower (52) provided in the fuel gas supply line (5) and configured to raise a pressure of the BFG. The fuel gas supply line (5) takes out the BFG from a part of a blast-furnace-top-gas recovery line (3) downstream of a top pressure recovery turbine system (35), the blast-furnace-top-gas recovery line (3) being configured to take out the BFG from a furnace top (21) of the blast furnace (2). A power of the blower (52) is supplied from a waste pressure recovery turbine system (441) for recovering a waste pressure and a waste heat from an waste gas of the hot-blast stove (4) during the on-gas operation.
