A method of determining the quantity of milk extracted by a milking installation from one cow consists of producing a continuous flow of milk (28) from one cow and making, from that flow, separate doses of milk (28). The production of separate doses of milk (28) in a device for implementation of said method is effected by making separate doses of milk (28) corresponding to a preset flow rate of milk (28) by means of a milk flow rate transmitter (24) located in a receiving chamber (22) of a milk counter (1), a correction being thus introduced into the process of production of separate milk doses by means of a pick-up (15) for selecting separate milk doses, said correction characterizing the dynamic error. Then, from the separate doses of milk (28), optimal doses of milk (28) are determined with due consideration of the qualities of the milk (28) and of the maximum sensitivity of the counter (1), by means of an optimal milk dose pick-up (33) located in the outlet chamber (23) of the counter (1), a correction being thus introduced into the process of determining the optimal doses of milk (28) by means of a pick-up (16) for summing the optimal milk doses, said correction characterizing the static error. The optimal doses of the milk (28) are then summed together by means of a computing unit (19).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Schlagimpulsen oder Schwingungen für eine Baumaschine, mit einem Gehäuse, einem Kolben, welcher in einem Arbeitsraum in dem Gehäuse reversierend zwischen einem ersten Umkehrpunkt und einem zweiten Umkehrpunkt hin und her bewegbar ist, einer Druckfluidversorgung durch welche im Bereich des ersten Umkehrpunktes und des zweiten Umkehrpunktes jeweils Druckfluid in den Arbeitsraum ein- und ausleitbar ist, wobei der Kolben zum Erzeugen der Schlagimpulse beziehungsweise der Schwingungen in die reversierende Bewegung versetzbar ist, mindestens einem steuerbaren Ventil, durch welches das Druckfluid in den Arbeitsraum ein- und/oder ausleitbar ist, und einer Steuereinheit, welche mit dem mindestens einen steuerbaren Ventil in Verbindung steht, wobei durch die Steuereinheit die Bewegung des Kolbens in dem Arbeitsraum steuerbar und veränderbar ist. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Steuereinheit ausgebildet ist, den Kolben mit einer Frequenz zu bewegen, welche einer Resonanzfrequenz einer Gesamtanordnung entspricht, welche den Kolben und das Druckfluid umfasst.

This disclosure describes methods and systems for remote control of stroke length and frequency of percussion apparatus, such as a rock hammer drill. At a high level, the hammer drill is allowed to stay at a default low stroke length and high frequency to avoid applying excessive cyclic stress to the housing of the hammer drill and can be controlled to operate at a long stroke length and low frequency when the hammer drill has engaged the target material. The long stroke length and low frequency during operation can be initiated when a sufficient forward feed pressure is provided. While the hammer drill is idling or retracting, the forward fee pressure is not sufficient for the long stroke length operation and thus the drill operates at the default state and at a safe stress level to avoid premature damage.

A device in a hydraulic rock drilling machine (1) has a distribution valve (7, 7′, 7″) for controlling hydraulic flow to different parts of the rock drilling machine. The distribution valve has a valve body (8, 8′, 8″) which moves to and from in an axial direction inside a valve chamber (33). The valve chamber is limited in axial direction by two valve end walls (10, 11; 10′, 11′; 10″, 11″). One of the valve end walls is movable in an axial direction against an abutment (12, 12″) to define an end position for the valve body, and a pressing device (13, 13′, 13″) is provided for pressing at least one of the valve end walls against the abutment. A rock drilling machine includes the device.

The invention relates to a percussion device of a rock breaking device, a method for controlling the percussion device and a rock drilling unit. The percussion device (11) comprises a percussion piston (33), the work cycle of which is controlled by means of a control valve (40, 77). During the movement of the percussion piston, a pressure pulse is generated by closing a pressure connection (Y1, Y2) from at least one impulse space (44, 45) surrounding the percussion piston. The pressure pulse is used to change the position of the valve from one extreme position to an other. The impulse space is an annular space defined in a radial direction by the percussion piston and the frame (25).The frame is further provided with at least one impulse channel (58, 59) for transmitting a pressure pulse to the pressure surface of the control valve.
