Spring means (39) act on said spring latch to keep said sliding element in abutment against a fixed stroke limiter (33) at which said spring latch protrudes from said casing (1). The stem (32) connects to the hub (42) of the handle so that actuation of the handle causes retraction of the spring latch (11) in contrast with the action of said spring means (39).
