摘要： A wireless network having a network device to establish pre-configured shared communication bearers is disclosed. Each pre-configured shared communication bearer may communicate data to a mobile device, via a pre-configured shared radio bearer, using predetermined operating parameters. Each of the pre-configured shared communication bearers may also have a pre-defined quality of service. The predetermined operating parameters needed for the mobile device to communicate via the pre-configured shared radio bearer may be set before the mobile device has information to be communicated.
