SOLUTION: An injector 10 comprises a cylindrical barrel 12, a movable body 14 housed in the barrel, and a plunger 16 coming into separable contact with the movable body 14. The movable body 14 includes a main body 14a having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the barrel 12, a disk-shaped seal body 14b disposed on the main body 14a and including an outer circumferential end brought into close contact with an inner circumferential surface 12e of the barrel 12, and at least one projecting portion 14c projecting from the main body 14a toward the inner circumferential surface 12e of the barrel 12. A distance from a central axis of the movable body 14 to a leading end of the at least one projecting portion 14c is smaller than a half of an outer diameter of the seal body 14b.

The present invention relates to a dental curing composition to restore a lost portion of a tooth generated due to dental caries, tooth fracturing, etc. PROBLEM To provide a dental curing composition that has packability suitable for restoring a posterior tooth, that has a paste character of avoiding stickiness to a filling instrument, that is excellent in the form shaping property, whose paste character varies little over time, and that has a low polymerization shrinkage property. SOLUTION The problem is solved by a dental curing composition that includes components (a) to (d): (a) a matrix resin whose viscosity at 25°C is 10,000 to 17,000 mPa·s, (b)an organic-inorganic composite filler, (c)an inorganic filler, and (d)a polymeric initiator.

A jaw-relation reproduction condition is determined by measuring a jaw movement of a patient, and reproducing a jaw state of the patient on an occlusion-state reproducing apparatus in accordance with the jaw-relation reproduction condition. Dentures are arranged on the apparatus in accordance with the jaw-relation reproduction condition to prepare pre-grinding dentures. Denture data with reference points which is three-dimensional image data containing reference points that represents a positional relationship between the jaw-relation reproduction condition and the dentures and an occlusal surface of the dentures. An occlusion state of the denture data with the reference points is reproduced by using the jaw-relation reproduction condition on a three-dimensional image. Grinding data of a grinding portion is determined under a dynamic condition or set condition from a portion surrounded by an image of upper and lower jaws on the three dimensional image in a reproduced occlusal state. The denture data with reference points having grinding data is prepared. Grinding of the pre-grinding denture is carried out based on the reference points denture data with grinding data.
