摘要: Method of energy media and water quantity measurement, especially in dwellings, and a multifunction measuring system with its single-function or more-than-one-function varieties so as to practically apply the method, include the measurements of quantities: heat from the central heating system, warm and cold water from water supplying system, natural gas from gas indoor installation and electric energy from indoor wiring system. One functionally integrated unit is designed for one apartment only. The unit is connected to respective measuring sensors in the supplying systems within the apartment. According to the invention, the measurements are continuously carried out, in-line and in real time, while the media are used in the apartment. Media can be measured each one separately. Due to the use of microprocessor and other well known techniques such as ultrasonic and vortex flowmetering in the design of the metering multifunction unit based on the method according to the invention, the metering units are suitable for any existing or newly built apartments with no necessity to change or restrict the hitherto usable functions of the dwelling and its internal equipment. The proposal according to the invention has resulted in more precise measurement, lower material and energy consumption index and significant drop in unit prices. The flexible electric conductors link the multifunction unit to the sensors in media supplying systems within the apartment. They are properly protected against any abuse, any disturbances, etc. The sensor designs are specially adapted to housing environment and are much simpler and cheaper than their industrial counterparts.

摘要: A system for submetering artificial energy consumption in a multi-user environment in which a single central system source services the several separate users by means of individual space conditioning subsystem enables accurate proportioning of subsystem energy consumption by monitoring the time intervals of the ON/OFF status of each individual space conditioning subsystem along with the temperature of the conditioned space and utilizes the monitored time intervals and temperature in conjunction with the reltive heat capacity of each individual conditioned space to determine the heat consumption of each subsystem relative to all the subsystems served by the central source.

摘要: A microprocessor type electronic thermostat samples outside temperature and furnace run time at preselected (2 second) time intervals. Data are retained and processed in the microprocessor to eliminate building thermal capacitance effects and transitory weather influences, to provide a real indication of the product of building heat loss coefficient and furnace efficiency. Data are then normalized against a baseline value to provide a universal 'energy index' which indicates real energy efficiency in the same units for all installations, regardless of building or furnace type. In this way, the diagnostic thermostat serves as an energy monitoring device that can warn when the furnace needs servicing, and also demonstrate energy savings from conservation steps taken by the building operator. A convenient energy bar graph and menu-driven LCD display provide a readily understandable display of this information for good consumer understanding.

摘要: The present invention relates to an ultrasonic measuring device (1) of the water and/or of calories consumption, comprising:
    - a tubular body (2) wherein a duct (7) configured to the flow of water therein is defined,
    - means of generation (13, 14), configured to generate an ultrasonic wave that propagates within the duct (7),
    - means of reception (13, 14) suitable for receiving an ultrasonic wave generated by the means of generation (13, 14),
    - reflective means (22), arranged within said duct (7), configured to intercept an ultrasonic wave generated by the means of generation (13, 14) and divert it toward the means of reception (13, 14),
in which the reflective means (22) include:
    - a reflective body (17) provided with a reflective front face (18), configured to receive and reflect an ultrasonic wave, and a rear face (19), positioned posteriorly to the reflective front face (19) so that it is not hit by an ultrasonic wave incident on said reflective front face (18), the reflective front face (18) and the rear face (19) being connected to each other by a side wall (20),
    - a support (21), fixed to the rear face (19) of the reflective body (17) and configured to keep said reflective body (17) in a predetermined position within the duct (7), wherein the ultrasonic measuring device (1) comprises one or more appendices (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d), protruding from the rear face (19) of the reflective body (17) toward the support (21) and inserted within the latter, whose shape and/or position are such that the set of said one or more appendices (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) inserted in the support (21) opposes the removal of the reflective body (17) from the support (21) along three directions (x, y, z) two by two orthogonal to each other.
