The apparatus comprises also a bracket for the determination of the Kamper plane as well as a spirit level applied to the nasal collimation device (1). An apparatus for tracking jaw motion according to the present invention includes: a base that is configured to generate an electromagnetic field; a first sensor unit that is attached to a maxillary tooth of a patient and includes a first sensor detecting the electromagnetic field generated from the base; a second sensor unit that is attached to a mandibular tooth of the patient and includes a second sensor detecting the electromagnetic field generated from the base; and a control unit that is configured to receive a detection signal from the first sensor and a detection signal from the second sensor, respectively, and calculate and provide a result of tracking a motion of a mandible with respect to a maxilla.
