    摘要: There is disclosed an active crash structure arrangement for a motor vehicle, the arrangement having a primary structure (2) and a secondary structure (3), said structures being interconnected by i) a first connector (20) which fixedly interconnects said primary and secondary structures (2, 3), and also initially by ii) a second connector (21) which releasably interconnects said primary and secondary structures (2, 3). The first and second connectors (20, 21) are spaced apart from one another, and the secondary structure (3) includes a predefined deformation region (15) located between the first and second connectors (20, 21). The second connector (22) is actuable upon receipt of a release signal to release its connection between the primary and secondary structures (2, 3), and the deformation region (15) of the secondary structure (3) is configured to deform upon the application of a crash force to the secondary structure (3) after actuation of the second connector (21).

    摘要: Complex assembly procedures for joining components with plural fasteners are accomplished using predefined procedures for performing a multi-step assembly of a joint using a dynamically controllable assembly tool, or to inspect an assembled joint. An assembly tool is coupled with an electronically controlled regulator for reducing the tightening rate, or the load increase per impact for an impact or impulse tool, so the tool can be stopped precisely at a specified stopping load or torque. The predefined procedures for performing the desired tightening operation are established in a controller coupled with the electronically controlled regulator, for dynamically controlling the assembly tool. The system can be used to assemble joints involving multiple fasteners and which are subject to elastic interaction between the fasteners, rocking, or joint relaxation, and in assembly or inspection operations in which an operator is to be guided through a particular sequence of instructions.

    摘要: The invention relates to a traction transmitting securing device comprising a bolt element and a safety element which surrounds said bolt element. A number of projections and recesses distanced from each other in the direction of the axis engage with each other in a positive fit inside a contact zone E. The projections and the recesses are pressed against each other and a certain amount of axial slack arises. The aim of the invention is to reduce maximum tension points in the bolt element, when traction reaches a maximum high, whereby the first two or three projections and recesses as seen in the direction of traction engage with each other in the contact zone E. In order to solve this problem, the amount of axial slack along the length of the contact zone E increases in the axial direction corresponding to the traction load of the bolt element.
