摘要: The invention relates to a shut-off fitting (1) for a flowing medium, particularly a slide fitting (2) that is designed for being subjected to the action of pressure on both sides. The inventive shut-off fitting comprises: a fitting housing (3), which forms a flow channel (6) and a slide chamber (11); a blocking element (23), which can block the flow channel (6) and which is provided with an elastomeric lining, and; a slide spindle (16), which passes through a sealing and/or mounting arrangement (14, 15) inside a housing neck extension (12) that delimits the slide chamber (11), and which is rotationally connected with threaded engagement to a spindle nut (19) coupled to the blocking element (23). The blocking element (23) consists of a number of parts, and at least one external dimension (29) of the base body (28) is slightly less than a nominal width (9) of the flow channel (6). Sealing elements (34) that, with an encircling edge bead (35), extend beyond the external dimension (29) are arranged on opposing supporting faces (32) of the base body (28) via a positive connection.
