摘要: An iron-based powder metallurgical composition is provided comprising an iron or iron-based powder and composite lubricant particles, with the composite lubricant particles comprising a core of 10-60% by weight of at least one primary fatty acid amide having more than 18 and not more than 24 carbon atoms and 40-90% by weight of at least one fatty acid bisamide, with the core having nanoparticles of at least one metal oxide adhered thereon. Further provided is a particulate composite lubricant as well as a method of preparing such lubricant.

摘要: This invention relates to a rotor pole piece structure to be used as part of an active rotor structure (301) for an electrical rotary machine, wherein said active rotor structure (301) is circular comprising pole pieces and permanent magnets (307) magnetised in the circumferential direction of said rotor structure, wherein said rotor pole piece structure (303, 305) is a single structure with at least two individually spaced pole pieces connected by an integration bridge. The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing a rotor pole piece structure (303, 305) and a rotor (301) for an electrical machine with a rotor pole piece structure (303, 305). The assembly of magnets (307) to the pole pieces is significantly enhanced using these rotor pole piece structures (303, 305) according to the present invention.

摘要: A stator assembly for an electrical machine comprises a core made of a magnetic material. The core has an annular yoke (2) and a plurality of teeth (3) spaced circumferentially on the annular yoke and extending radially therefrom. The spaces between the teeth define circumferentially spaced winding slots (6). A stator winding is carried by the stator core and has coil turns located around the teeth and in the winding slots. Each tooth and a radially adjoining part (4) of the yoke have varying axial dimensions in order to adjust the magnetic flux to an optimal flux density in each part of the magnetic flux path in the stator. The annular yoke (2) may extend axially past the teeth (3) at least at one of the axial sides thereof.

摘要: The present invention relates to an annealed prealloyed water atomised iron-based powder suitable for the production of pressed and sintered components having high wear resistance. The iron-based powder comprises 15-30% by weight of Cr, 0.5-5% by weight of each of at least one of Mo, W and V and 0.5-2%, preferably 0.7-2% and most preferably 1-2% by weight of C. The powder has a matrix comprising less than 10% by weight of Cr, and comprises large chromium carbides. The invention also relates to a method for production of the iron-based powder.
