A horizontal pushing operation is added, before performing side sliding to open liquid inlet holes, to the operation of the vaporizer of the present invention, such that children cannot easily open the liquid inlet holes, improving the security. The present invention also provides an electronic cigarette comprising the vaporizer above.

However, when the air pressure in the liquid storage cavity (53) is greater than the external air pressure and a negative pressure difference is formed, the negative pressure difference presses an aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage space back into the liquid storage cavity (53) by means of the pressure relief hole (114), so that the internal air pressure of the atomizer and the external air pressure reach a balanced state. In this process, the aerosol-forming substrate is prevented from flowing into an atomizing cavity (112), thereby avoiding seepage of the aerosol-forming substrate, and effectively preventing liquid leakage of the atomizer.

When the atomization assembly (20) is in the first position, the sealing member (30) closes the liquid inlet (202), and when the atomization assembly (20) is in the second position, the sealing member (30) is separated from the liquid inlet (202). The aerosol formation matrix passes through the liquid inlet (202) and comes into contact with the heat generation structure (21). In the atomizer (100), the aerosol formation matrix is separable from the heat generation structure (21), thereby preventing leakage and deterioration. Further disclosed is an aerosol generation device having the atomizer (100).
