A valve V1 includes a valve housing 10 provided with an inlet port 40b and an outlet port 11; a valve body 51 to be driven by a drive source 80; a spring 85 that urges the valve body 51 in a direction opposite a direction of driving by the drive source 80; and a valve seat 40a formed at an edge of a through-flow passage 40b. The valve body 51 and the valve seat 40a cooperatively form a poppet valve 50. The valve V1 is configured to control a flow rate in accordance with a movement of the valve body 51. Flow passages C1 and C2 on a downstream side of the poppet valve 50 are provided with increase regions where a flow passage cross-sectional area tends to increase toward the downstream side.

    摘要: There is provided a capacity control valve having a fluid discharge function at a start-up and having good operating efficiency. A capacity control valve V1 includes a valve housing 10; a main valve 50 including a valve body 51 driven by a solenoid 80, and a main valve seat 10a which is provided between a discharge port 12 and a control port 14 and with which the valve body 51 is allowed to come into contact; and a pressure sensitive valve member 52 forming a pressure sensitive valve 53, together with a pressure sensitive body 60 disposed in a pressure sensitive chamber 40. The control port 14 and a suction port 13 are allowed to communicate with each other through an intermediate communication passage 55 by opening and closing of the pressure sensitive valve 53. The pressure sensitive valve member 52 is provided with a through-hole 52d communicating with the intermediate communication passage 55, and has an opening and closing member 90 attached thereto such that the opening and closing member 90 is restricted in movement with respect to the valve housing 10 by restriction device 91 and 92 and slides relative to the pressure sensitive valve member 52 to open and close the through-hole 52d.

The CS valve element 51 and DC valve element 53 are moved together by the movement of the rod 83 while maintaining a closed state of the CS valve 50. When the rod 83 is further moved, the CS valve element 51 is moved alone and the DC valve element 53 is left while maintaining a closed state of the DC valve 54.
