The invention provides propylene polymer composition used for making biaxially oriented film, said composition contains propylene random copolymer and propylene homopolymer, said random polymer is copolymer of propylene and ethylene, and optionally has one or more alpha-olefin selected from C4-C10 olefins, said propylene polymer composition has total tacticity measured by nuclear magnetic resonance which is greater than or equal to 96.5%, content of ethylene in the polymer composition is greater than 0.3wt%, and wherein the propylene random copolymer has melt flow rate which is lower than that of the propylene homopolymer. Biaxially oriented polypropylene film made using propylene polymer composition of this invention exhibits excellent physical property, has high modulus and stiffness in the case of not adding any stiffness strengthening agents, and film-forming stability during making oriented polypropylene film is very good, and orienting film-forming speed is high.

The present invention relates to a catalyst component for ethylene polymerization, which comprises a reaction product of a magnesium complex, at least one titanium compound, at least one alcohol compound, at least one silicon compound, and optionally an organic aluminum compound. The silicon compound is an organic silicon compound having a general formula R 1 x R 2 y Si(OR 3 ) z , in which R 1 and R 2 are independently a hydrocarbyl or a halogen, R 3 is a hydrocarbyl, 0≤x≤2, 0≤y≤2, 0≤z≤4, and x+y+z=4. The present invention further relates to a method for the preparation of the catalyst component and to a catalyst comprising the same. The catalysts according to the invention have virtues such as high catalytic activity, good hydrogen response, and narrow particle size distribution of polymer, and are especially suitable for a slurry process of ethylene polymerization and a combined process of ethylene polymerization, which requires a high activity of catalyst.

The present invention provides a propylene polymer composition for producing a biaxially oriented film, comprising propylene random copolymer and propylene homopolymer; wherein the propylene random copolymer is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene, optionally comprising one or more alpha-olefins of C 4 -C 10 ; the propylene polymer composition has an overall isotacticity index, as determined by nuclear magnetic resonance method, of greater than or equal to 96.5%, and an ethylene content of greater than 0.3 wt%; and wherein, the melt flow rate of the propylene random copolymer is lower than that of the propylene homopolymer. The biaxially oriented polypropylene film produced by the propylene polymer composition of the present invention exhibits excellent physical properties, and has, in the absence of any stiffening agent, relatively higher modulus and stiffness. Moreover, the process for producing the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is featured with a good film-forming stability and a high film-forming stretching speed.

The present invention provides an olefin polymerization catalyst component, a catalyst system, a prepolymerization catalyst composition and an olefin polymerization method, which belong to the field of olefin polymerization catalysts. The catalyst component contains magnesium, titanium, halogen, and an internal electron donor, and the internal electron donor comprises a compound A, a compound B and a compound C, wherein the compound A is selected from a hydroxybenzoyl compound represented by formula (I), the compound B is selected from one or more of an ester compound other than the compound A and an ether compound, and the compound C is selected from an alkoxysilane represented by formula RnSi(OR6)4-n, and wherein, a content of the compound A may be zero. When the catalyst system comprising the catalyst component and a co-catalyst component or a reaction product of the two, or a prepolymerization catalyst composition prepared by further prepolymerization is used for olefin copolymerization, an excellent olefin copolymerization ability is exhibited, and a good polymerization activity, stereospecificity and hydrogen adjustment sensitivity are maintained; in addition, polymer particles that are obtained have a good morphology and a high sphericity, and contain less fine powder.
