Den Gegenstand dieser Erfindung bildet eine Trennvorrichtung (1) zum Zuschneiden von Gitterrosten (3). Die Trennvorrichtung (1) weist dabei einen Gegenhalter (2) für den Gitterrost (3) und einen Messerblock (6), an dem ein parallel zu den Querstäben (5) verlaufendes Trennmesser (16) mit kammartigen Schneidezähnen(16a) befestigt ist, auf. Die Schneidezähne (16a) haben in Bezug zur Gitterrostebene schräg verlaufende Schneidflanken (16'). Erfindungsgemäß sind beidseitig des Trennmessers (16) Vorlaufmesser (17, 18) mit kammartigen Schneidezähnen (17a, 18a) und Zahnlücken (17b, 18b) zur Aufnahme der Tragstäbe (4) angeordnet. Zum Durchtrennen der Tragstäbe (4) sind die beiden Vorlaufmesser (17, 18) in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Gitterrostebene hin bewegbar, sodass die Tragstäbe (4) durch die Zahnlücken (17b, 18b) der Vorlaufmesser (17, 18) aufgenommen werden. Das Trennmesser (16) ist ebenfalls in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Gitterrostebene hin bewegbar, sodass für die Durchtrennung der Tragstäbe (4) die Schneidezähne (16a) des Trennmessers (16) mit den Schneidezähnen (17a, 18a) der beiden Vorlaufmesser (17, 18) scherenartig zusammenwirken. Den Gegenstand dieser Erfindung bildet auch ein Verfahren zum Durchtrennen eines Gitterrostes (3), das mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung (1) durchgeführt wird.

The end region of the rod material (R) is then axially compressed by means of a compression tool (5) and in the process shaped into a disk (S) bounded by the shaping die (4). The disk (S) is then axially penetrated by means of a cup tool (6) and in the process extruded, wherein the pushed material flows between the cup tool (6) and the inner peripheral wall of the shaping die (4). Then, the molded part located in the shaping die (4) is twisted coaxially relative to the rest of the rod material (R) and in the process separated from the rest of the rod material by torsional shear.
