    摘要: Geothermal utilization heat exchanger (10) is disposed between outdoor heat exchanger (8) and indoor heat exchanger (5). First throttle unit (15) is disposed between outdoor heat exchanger (8) and geothermal utilization heat exchanger (10) and is composed of first expansion valve (13) and bypass valve (14) disposed to bypass both connection ports of first expansion valve (13). Second expansion valve (16) is disposed between geothermal utilization heat exchanger (10) and indoor heat exchanger (5). As such, a temperature of a refrigerant in geothermal utilization heat exchanger (10) can be adjusted through control of first throttle unit (15) and second expansion valve (16), an amount of underground heat to be utilized can be controlled properly with a heat load of outdoor unit (1) secured, and underground heat can be used effectively and stably even with underground heat capture part (3) of smaller scale.

    摘要: Method for the underground placement of a pipe system (7) for obtaining heat from the ground (14), in which a second wall (5) is installed on the inner side of a first wall (4) of a sewer (3), in which a pipe system (7) is installed in said second wall (5), the sewer having a height (H), in which the pipe system (7) is installed over at least 33% of said height (H), preferably over at least 50% of said height (H) and with greater preference over at least 75% of said height (H). With this method terrestrial heat can be obtained from the ground surrounding the sewer (3). Preferably said second wall (5) has an inner surface (13) and an outer surface (6), in which said pipe system (7) is installed in said second wall (5) in a position lying closer to the outer surface (6) than to the inner surface (5).
