摘要: This invention relates to a multifocal optical lens configuration that relies on the phenomenon of simultaneous vision whereby the eye is presented with two clear images at once. In particular this invention allows a lens to be made with arbitrary relative brightnesses between the multiple images. Thus, for example, the lens can comprise a carrier lens CL, the anterior surface I of which is divided into six concentric annular zones, bounded by radii r1-r6 in such a manner as to form a trifocal phase plate.

摘要: A multifocal system and a method thereof are provided. The multifocal system comprises a first adaptive lens assembly including a plurality of lenses arranged in optical series. The multifocal system may include a second adaptive lens assembly configured to provide a plurality of combinations of optical power that is opposite to but having a same absolute value as the plurality of combinations of optical power provided by the first adaptive lens assembly.

The lens member (50) includes a reflected light passing region having a first lens shape (51) configured to control the travelling direction of reflected light, and a non-reflected light passing region having a second lens shape (52) configured to control a travelling direction of non-reflected light.
