A pump unit includes a suction pump and a driving mechanism for driving the suction pump. The suction pump has a pump body provided with a suction port and a discharge port which are axially spaced, and a first piston and a second piston slidably fitted in the pump body to form a suction chamber therebetween. In operation, the driving mechanism moves the first piston away from the second piston to expand the suction chamber so that a negative pressure prevails in the suction chamber and ink is suctioned through the suction port into the suction chamber; moves both the pistons at the same moving speed until the suction chamber is expanded to a predetermined extent, the suction port is closed by the second piston and the first piston opens the discharge port; moves the first piston in the reverse direction until the same comes into contact with the second piston to discharge the ink suctioned into the suction chamber through the discharge port; and moves both the pistons in the reverse direction to return the pistons to their initial position. The pump housing may be of a cylindrical shape or an annular shape. A suction pump in a modification may be provided with a plurality of pairs of pistons forming a plurality of suction chambers each provided with a suction port and a discharge port.

Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren dient zur Ermittlung des Schließpunktes eines Pumpenkolbens (12), insbesondere einer Einspritzpumpe, gegenüber einer Durchlaßbohrung im zugehörigen Zylinder (14). Nähert sich die Kante des Pumpenkolbens dem Schließpunkt, so entsteht ein zunehmend kleiner werdender Drosselquerschnitt. Bei der hierbei erfolgenden Axialbewegung des Kolbenelements werden am Anfang und Ende einer bestimmten Wegstrecke (s,, s,) die hierbei abströmende Druckmittelmenge (Q 1 , Q 2 ) gemessen. Aufgrund einer bestimmten, zu ermittelnden Formel läßt sich auf den Schließpunkt extrapolieren. Als Druckmedium wird Druckluft verwendet. Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren ist sehr genau, und der erforderliche Geräteaufwand ist gering.

In the oil cylinder cavity between an oil hole (1-1) of the rod cavity and the terminal position of the piston end surface of the rod cavity during the piston (6) extending movement, a sealing end surface of the rod cavity (1-2) is provided, which can block the cushion collar and contact with the first end surface of the cushion collar to form a sealing surface. At least a throttle oil channel (3-5) is provided between the cushion collar and the piston rod. During the piston extending movement, from the moment that the first end surface of the cushion collar contacts with the sealing end surface of the rod cavity and a sealing surface is formed to the moment that the piston reaches the terminal position of the extending movement, the hydraulic oil at the side of the sealing surface close to the piston can be discharged towards the oil hole of the rod cavity through the throttle oil channel. The hydraulic oil cylinder has advantages of facility of manufacturing the cushion structure and good effect. The hydraulic oil cylinder can be used in a hydraulic cushion system, an excavator and a concrete pump truck.
