    摘要: The present invention provides a solar cell module having reduced cell cracking even when a thin surface glass layer is used, reduced remaining bubbles after vacuum lamination, and reduced delamination between the second sealing layer and the back protective layer after DH, as well as excellent load-bearing properties. Specifically, the present invention provides a solar cell module comprising, in sequence from a light-receiving surface side, a surface glass layer having a thickness of 0.4 mm or more and 1.6 mm or less, a first sealing layer, cells, a second sealing layer, and a back protective layer, wherein the back protective layer comprises, in sequence from a side closer to the second sealing layer, a first easy-adhesion resin layer having adhesiveness to the second sealing layer, a second resin sheet layer having a flexural modulus of 1500 MPa or more and 4000 MPa or less, a third resin layer being in a foam state and having a flexural modulus of 200 MPa or more and 1000 MPa or less, and a fourth resin layer having a flexural modulus of 10000 MPa or more and 45000 MPa or less.

    摘要: An environment-friendly photovoltaic module manufacturing process and a photovoltaic module are provided. The environment-friendly photovoltaic module manufacturing process includes: preparing a solar cell assembly; fixing a junction box on the solar cell assembly in such a manner that a bus bar of the solar cell assembly is introduced into the junction box; fixing the bus bar to a metal slice in the junction box by welding; injecting a highly thermal conductive silica gel into the junction box; and curing the highly thermal conductive silica gel. The present disclosure can reduce the junction temperature of the junction box by means of combining the junction box and the highly thermal conductivity silica gel with a high thermal conductivity, so that the junction box can withstand higher temperature, and can be used in the photovoltaic module with large cell size and high current requirements.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a solar cell module that can have high durability. The solar cell module (100) of the present disclosure includes: a first substrate (1); a second substrate (2) positioned so as to face the first substrate (1); a solar cell (3) disposed on the first substrate (1) so as to be interposed between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2); a filler (4) that fills a space between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2); and a protective layer (5) disposed on a principal surface (3a) of the solar cell (3) that faces the second substrate (2). The solar cell (3) has a multilayer structure including a photoelectric conversion layer (6) containing a perovskite compound, a hole transport layer (7), and an electron transport layer (8). The protective layer (5) contains a polyimide. The protective layer (5) includes a first region (9) that covers the principal surface (3a) of the solar cell (3) and a second region (10) in which the principal surface (3a) is exposed. A plurality of the first regions (9) or a plurality of the second regions (10) are arranged separately from each other in the protective layer (5).
