    摘要: The invention relates to a spring member (1) for an electric switching device (84) such as a cradle relay. The spring member (1) comprises a distal end (10) and a proximal end (8) opposite said distal end (10). A base portion (6) comprises said proximal end (10). A contact spring section (2) extends from the base portion (6) to the distal end (10) and is provided with a contacting spot (40). The spring member (1) comprises a return spring section (4) which extends from the base portion (6) alongside the contact spring portion (2). The spring member (1) according to the invention allows for a more compact and simpler design of the electric switching device (84) by replacing for example the armature (96).

    摘要: A relay including a monostable or bistable magnetic system comprises a slider (2) which can be moved parallel or perpendicular to a base plane (1). At least one contact opening element (20) is integrated on the slider (2) for tearing welds of contacts (3, 11). The contact opening element engages behind the moveable spring contact (3) at a variable distance toward the fixed spring contact (11). On opening of the relay, the contact opening element (20) strikes the moveable spring contact (3) with a sudden pull just before the magnetic system is fully opened, so the weld is torn.

Um bei geringer Baugröße eine hohe Schaltkraft zu erzeugen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Querschnittsfläche (Q 1 ) des Kerns (17) im Bereich zum Übergang zum Joch (3) größer ist als im Mittenbereich (31) des Spulenkörpers (2). Durch die Querschnittserweiterung (22, 23) kann ein vermehrter Magnetfluss aus dem Kern geleitet werden, gleichzeitig können im Mittenbereich aufgrund des dort verringerten Querschnitts mehr Spulenwicklungen angeordnet sein. Beide Maßnahmen wirken zusammen und ermöglichen hohe Schaltkräfte bei geringen Baugrößen.
