The method includes: when initiating a backup for the first LUN, sending a request message for searching for data consistency points to the second storage device to which the second LUN belongs, where the request message includes an IO data status record of the first LUN, and the IO data status record is used to record an IO that is delivered to a disk in the first LUN; receiving information about data consistency points that is obtained by the second storage device based on the IO data status record of the first LUN and an IO data status record, of the second LUN, that is stored in the second storage device; and creating a snapshot for the first LUN based on the data consistency points, and providing differential data between the current snapshot and a previous snapshot, where the differential data is written to a backup image that is created for the current backup in the backup storage device. Therefore, stored backup data is reduced.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a data transmission acceleration method and a related apparatus and system. The method includes: sending, by a sending node, data packets to a receiving node at a specific rate, where each data packet carries a random sequence number and a scrolling sequence number related to a packet sending sequence; and quickly determining, by the receiving node, a lost data packet according to double sequence numbers of a received data packet, and feeding back sequence number information of the lost data packet to the sending node, so as to instruct the sending node to retransmit the lost data packet. The solutions of the present invention can improve a network throughput rate/transmission rate in a network with a high delay and a high packet loss rate, and the high throughput rate/transmission rate does not dramatically change because of some network jitter.
