Die Erfindung zeigt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines betonhaltigen bewehrten Rinnenelements z.B. der Elemente eines Abflussrinnensystems unter Verwendung einer gerüttelten Pressform umfassend die Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer feuchten Betonmischung mit einem Wasser/Zement-Wert zwischen 0,25 und 0,40, b) optionales Einfüllen eines Teils der Betonmischung in die Pressform (10), b) Einlegen eines Bewehrungskorbes (30) in die Pressform, c) Fixieren des Bewehrungskorbes in der Pressform durch wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel (26), das an der Pressform festlegbar ist, d) Befüllen der Pressform mit der Betonmischung, e) Vorverdichten der Betonmischung, z.B. durch Rütteln der Pressform während des Befüllens oder danach, f) Entfernen der Befestigungsmittel, g) Verdichten der Betonmischung zwischen der Pressform und dem Druckaufbringungselement einer Druckaufbringungseinrichtung, insbesondere einem Pressstempel, h) Sofortiges Entschalen des verdichteten bewehrten Betonproduktes aus der Pressform. Dies ermöglicht die kostengünstige Herstellung von bewehrten Rinnen nach dem Rüttel-Preßverfahren.

The invention relates to a method for producing ceramic composite bodies, in particular, cylindrical ceramic bodies for sheathed-element glow plugs in which a number of shaping sleeves (10), which accommodate piece parts preformed by cold pressing, are inserted into corresponding borings (20) of a vertically standing supporting plate (27) that is heated via additional borings (16) with the aid of heating cartridges or a heat transfer fluid. The vertically standing supporting plate with the shaping sleeves (10) is then clamped between two press plates (17) of a press, and the piece parts located inside are subsequently pressed by press pins (13) which, on both sides, pass through the press plates and into the shaping sleeves (10). Upon completion of the necessary pressure keeping period, the pressed material, after retracting the press pins and opening the press, can be hardened in a non-pressurized manner in the shaping sleeves (10) located in the extended supporting plate (27) that is subjected to a continual heating. Finally, the pressed material can be removed from the shaping sleeves (10) after the same have been cooled by air, and can be ground into the final shape using a grinding machine.
