The press rollers (64, 74) of the push-pull units (60, 70) are simultaneously rotated in opposite directions and are movable between a press position, in which the press rollers (64, 74) are moved toward each other for pressing the sock (100) therebetween, and a non-press position, in which the press rollers (64, 74) are moved away from each other for releasing the sock (100) from being pressed. A method for turning the sock (100) is also disclosed.
