摘要: A preprocessing method for improving image recognition is provided. The preprocessing method includes the following steps: disposing light-emitting diodes (2) to surround an image sensor (1), in which the image sensor (1) corresponds to an image capture region (A); turning on the light-emitting diodes (2) for emitting a white light source having a color temperature of 3200K, in which the white light source has a fixed illumination area range (3), and the illumination area range (3) covers the image capture region (A), such that a color temperature of the image capture region (A) is approximately or equal to 3200K; and turning off the light-emitting diodes (2) for a time interval, such that the image sensor (1) captures images to generate preprocessing frames (M) under a low illuminance condition that is between 0.0004 lux and 1 lux.

摘要: A system for evaluating a fluidic substance, the system comprising: a container carriage device configured to support one or more containers; a sample pipetting device configured to dispense a fluidic substance in at least one of the containers on the container carriage device; an image capture device configured to capture an image of at least one of the containers on the container carriage device; and at least one processing device; wherein the system is configured to: dispense, using the sample pipetting device, at least one fluidic substance into a container; capture, using the image capture device, an image of the container on the container carriage device; analyze, using the at least one processing device, the image of the container to determine a volume of the dispensed at least one fluidic substance in the container; and analyze, using the at least one processing device, the image of the container to determine a particle concentration of a total volume of fluidic substances in the container.
