Said paddlewheel aerator comprises a frame (1) of elongated floats (2, 3), said floats being substantially arranged at a right angle and being linked with each other in a T or H configuration. On a first float (2) further floats (3) or sections of floats are mounted on both its opposites ends. Said first float (2), on its top that is turned upwards by 90 DEG compared to its lateral sides on which the further floats/float sections (3) are mounted, carries a drive unit (9). Said drive unit (9) is mounted entirely or partially on the floats and its output shaft (10) projects on both sides and parallel to the longitudinal extension of the further floats/float sections (3). Paddles (22) are disposed on the output shaft (10) and in the operational state of the aerator, when the floats float on the surface of the water or clearing basin, the shaft rotates above the level of the water or clearing basin and sections of the co-rotating paddles are immersed in the liquid.

摘要: A gas-liquid dissolving apparatus that dissolves an oxygen-containing gas into water taken in from an oxygen-deficient water area, increases a dissolved oxygen concentration of the water, and returns the increased dissolved oxygen concentration water to the oxygen-deficient water area is provided. The apparatus includes a pump 3 that takes in the water from the oxygen-deficient water area, an oxygen supplying unit 4 that supplies the oxygen-containing gas, an elongated cylindrical gas-liquid dissolving chamber 5 that has at least one hole 5b formed in a lower portion and that has a dome-shaped top plate 5a provided in an upper portion, a nozzle 2 that ejects the gas from the oxygen supplying unit 4 and the water from the pump 3 upward so that the gas and the water strike against an inner wall of the top plate 5a of the gas-liquid dissolving chamber 5, that vigorously agitates the gas and the water by forces of the ejected gas and water, and that has a tip end having a tapered inside, a gas-liquid separating chamber 6 that communicates with the gas-liquid dissolving chamber 5 through the hole 5b, and that separates bubbles and the water flowing out from the gas-liquid dissolving chamber 5 through the hole 5b from each other while storing the bubbles and the water, and a water supply port 6b that returns the water separated from the bubbles to the oxygen-deficient water area.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for specifically aerating bodies of water or running water, especially ponds or rivers and containers, tanks and basins. The aim of the invention is to horizontally hold an aerating element that is configured as a moveable hose, in such a way that constant air exit is guaranteed. The entire aerating device is embodied in such a way that said device rests on the waterside in the working position but can float and be transported to the surface of the waters and can optionally be drawn away for being displaced to another area of the waters. According to the invention, a fine pored aeration hose that is provided with a compressed-air supply is connected to a floodable support element at a small distance and by means of plastic fastening clips. The aeration hose is preferably a membrane hose. The support element has approximately the length of the aeration hose and, being a sink body, is heavier than water. The support element is connected to a compressed-air supply on one end and is open on the other end. The relative thickness of the device is greater than 1.

摘要: A mixing, aerating or oxygenating method and apparatus to aerate or oxygenate ponds, rivers, or lakes, sewage or effluent treatment lagoons or beds or to airstrip volatile compounds from water or other solutes by distributing gas through a piped system having a plurality of outlet lines (4) branching from a common supply line (2). In order to deliver a desired quantity of air or oxygen at each outlet, a constant flow regulator (5) is disposed in each outlet line which limits the flow to a set amount when the pressure in the pipe system exceeds a predetermined minimum value. In one method the regulator is chosen to achieve this irrespective of pressure drop along the pipe. In another method the regulator is chosen to give the desired output with no pressure drop along the pipe.

摘要: Various combinations of rotors (20), baffles (50, 70), shroud (44), discs (32), pumping devices (260), and restriction assemblies (300) provide various liquid management units (10) with a wide variety of applications including dredging, mixing, de-stratification, oxygenation, purification and decontamination. An illustrative embodiment uses a) a shaft mounted disc rotor (20) partially submerged into a liquid for introducing flow-inducing energy and air or treatment gas into the liquid, b) a first baffle (50) for receiving liquid from below the surface of a body of liquid and directing the liquid to the rotor (20), and c) a second baffle (70) for receiving treated liquid from the rotor (20) and directing the treated liquid below the surface of the body of liquid.
