The floor has heat-emitting conduits (18) disposed under an upper floor coating (5), and an insulating layer. According to the present invention, the insulating layer (4) is disposed above the floor slab (3) and the conduits (18) are countersunk in grooves (17) in the upper side of the insulating layer (4). Heat-disseminating plates of aluminium are located in the grooves (17) partly around the conduits (18) and on both sides of the grooves above the insulating layer (4).
