摘要： © The tread-pattern presents a plurality of circumferential zig-zag grooves that divide the tread-band into a plurality of ribs, and a series of sipes (4) which divide at least the axially inner ribs, into a plurality of blocks (3) that are reciprocally locked, one with respect to the other, in the transversal direction. The above-said grooves, are comprised by an alternated succession of narrow notches (1) and large elliptical shaped cavities (2), with the greater axis constituting one side of the zig-zag, with having the cross-section, the slant of the sidewalls and the base-profile, variable with continuity.

摘要： For eliminating the burrs which form on moulded, or injected products, the moulding device and, in particular, the tyre vulcanizing mould is provided with a plastically and elastically deformable portion (13) on the coupling surface existing between the corresponding elements; so much so that the reciprocal coupling, between the facing surfaces, is not simultaneous, but involves a portion of surface having an amplitude that increases in its size, during the shutting movement of the mould.

摘要： There is described here a tyre-vulcanizing press, comprising a frame provided with a lower supporting plate (1) - apt for allowing a mould (2) for vulcanizing said tyres to rest upon it, and an upper plate (6) that is mobile with respect to said lower plate, said mould comprising a lower cheek (15), an upper cheek (16) that is mobile with respect to said lower cheek, and a series of sectors (17) that are mobile with respect to an annular containing-element, each of which is radially mobile with respect to said upper cheek; the said mould comprising connecting-means apt for fixing said lower cheek to said lower plate, and said upper cheek and said annular element to the said upper mobile cheek, and which comprise a series of rotating bodies (26, 27, 28) on said lower and upper plates - which are actionable from the outer side of said plates with respect to said mould.
