摘要: Cell detection information, such as cell identity, frequency, dormant/active mode, etc. may be determined. This cell detection information may be reported based on properties of a received Auxiliary Synchronization Signal (AuSS) or discovery signal. The received signal may be processed as a function of its timing, for example, with respect to timing of a serving cell. A WTRU may obtain cell detection information for a neighbor cell. A cell may also be detected by surrounding WTRUs. A WTRU may determine timing of cell reactivation from a detected property of the AuSS or discovery signal. A WTRU may trigger an RRC procedure upon selecting a dormant but temporarily reactivated cell. An eNB may transmit AuSS for a dormant cell based on detection of signals received from neighbor cells. Quasi-colocation (QCL) demodulation may be performed based on the detected signal. The on/off state of a cell may be indicated.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for a WTRU to operate using multiple schedulers. The WTRU may exchange data with the network over more than one data path, such that each data path may use a radio interface connected to a different network node and each node may be associated with an independent scheduler. For example, a WTRU may establish a RRC connection between the WTRU and a network. The RRC connection may establish a first radio interface between the WTRU and a first serving site of the network and a second radio interface between the WTRU and a second serving site of the network. The RRC connection may be established between the WTRU and the MeNB and a control function may be established between the WTRU and the SCeNB. The WTRU may receive data from the network over the first radio interface or the second radio interface.

The WTRU may select an SA resource and/or D2D data resources (e.g., from the set of allowed SA resources and/or D2D data resources) for transmission. The WTRU may select one or more transmission parameters. The WTRU may select one or more transmission patterns. The WTRU may transmit D2D data over the set of allowed D2D resources using the selected transmission patterns and according to the selected transmission parameters.

Alternatively, the apparatus includes an RRC entity which controls a first connection using a first RAT connected to the first CN and a second connection using a second RAT connected to a second CN.

摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed to manage interference caused by D2D communications. A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may include a processor. The processor may be configured to perform one or more of the following. The processor may determine to send information using a device-to-device transmission via a resource pool from a plurality of resource pools. Each resource pool may be associated with a range of reference signal receive power (RSRP) values. The processor may determine a RSRP measurement of a cell associated with the WTRU. The processor may select a resource pool from the plurality of resource pools based on the RSRP measurement of the cell. The RSRP measurement of the cell may be within the range of RSRP values associated with the selected resource pool. The processor may send the information using the selected resource pool.
